Beer Battered Crock-Potted Fried Big Bird+Bacardi Baked Pork Beans...

So, I must boast, that I have outdone myself with this big bird.  I mean there are 7 B's, in my title.  To keep this story short and sweet...All I did was put this fly girl in a crockpot for 3hrs.  Then, I crumbled some butter, flaky keebler club crackers into a no egg batter with beer. Next...you guessed it, deep fried her gracefully.  Took some old school Boston baked beans, gave them a bath in bacon + the remaining sauces from the bird's spicy juices...few thinly sliced onions, a little Bacardi and we feasted.
