Double Stack Slavo Volcano Burger!


As the sizzling dwindles in AZ and the night crawls upon us...wouldn't a double burger + fries fit the moment?  Well, check these beefy beasts off your 'bucket list'.  It is pretty simplistic, just add water, LMBO...Just pattie-up some ground beef, chopped onions, garlic/herb season salt, slavo spice, some balsamic love and the hot juices of that jalapeno funk.  Then, griddle to medium rare, toast, butter, top those buns; eat.

Spanish Fly Pineapple Spiced Rum Cocktail ! Liquid Brunch?


The heat is already a performance of blazing ferocity and this shit ain't slowing. The moment of truth has come...are you a morning or mid-afternoon drunk, LMAO 10x? Neither there or here....your secret is safe with me.  Take a gander at this cocktail liquid breakfast. I am not a barista, but this will blow up the insides, with happy energy...I heavy-handed 3 shots of Bacardi, 2 shots of Coconut Malibu Rum, 3 small jalapeno rings, 2 shakes of our very own local spicy Spanish fly; from the Queen Creek olive mill. Then chop up some fresh pineapples, that has a wee bit more ripeness.  A little knowledgeable birdy suggested turning her upside down so that the sweet nectar saturates throughout. Then add about a quarter cup of some DDOJ...blend, preferably with crushed ice and quack away!

Lays BBQ Country Style Pork/Trail Mixed Ramen!

What a great morning!  This was a late night snack that popped into my head, while eating lays bbq chips and trail mix digging.  It is pretty easy.  Just marinate some country style ribs in some teriyaki, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, honey, beer and Italian dressing...Drop the meat on a hot griddle until cooked thoroughly, season up with garlic salt, black pepper, and paprika.  Let the noodles steam in butter and EVOO until they grow fatter. Chop up some green onions for that color and pop. Then add your trail mix and favorite chips.  "We Can Eat Poorly And Be Rich!" C.G.M

Vegetarian Lemon Dill Tuna Pasta Curls...


It hath been a long 12 days of no Carlo, LOL...And honestly, I have been truly exhausted and beat down from these disabilities. The heat is throwing upper punches and knocking folks out!  'Man O' Man' the world needs to chill out.  So, here's how: Steam some curly noodles in a half stick of butter, 1/3 of Italian dressing sauce, and sprinkle with garlic/herb seasonings...should only take 10-15 min on a medium boil. However, make sure to watch your noodles because they cook faster steaming this way; add water appropriately, until the curls are El, Dante.  Mix in all the veggies shown above.  Then roll out that magic carpet for the main ingredient of the dish...Lemon Dill Tuna and EVOO. Flip or toss around in a bowl, don't stir.  Top off with some more Italian dressing, green onions, and black pepper.  After chilling for bout an hour, enjoy the cold freshness, maybe add some watermelon chunks as your own twist!
