Tequila & Whiskey Dirty Rice Brunch

Happy Cinco Tequila Day; did you wake up on the egg side of the bed or maybe the black-bean dirty rice side?  Well, they both go well together...as a matter of fact, invite this remixed cultural dish to your table.  Just a tad bit of Italian/Oregano herbs, paprika, and parm, The ground beef was fried in bacon fat/tequila...then that was transferred to my black-bean whiskey gravy!  Make sure that the sticky rice is buttered with a few dashes of sea salt, followed by some black pepper love.  Mr. Egg speaks for himself but, also fry him in bacon fat.  At last, marry the beans/rice...guess what, by searing in more bacon fat.  Top with a pinch of garlic salt, parm...spruce up with some green onions and a lime.  "May We All Be Reborn At The Table."
