The main key to making any meat is breaking down the toughness. So, soak this bad boy for an hour in salted butter, steel reserve, white wine, vinegar and hot sauce. Then toss Italian herbs, oregano, paprika, ground black pepper and a tad bit of red curry all over its body. Before the master grilling begins, take a few stabs into his interior; allowing breathing room for that extra tenderness. At last, on a hot outdoor or indoor grill, force this beast to its demise ...Don't forget the cross marks, #theymatter, and no other sides needed as this will torment the tastebuds; deliciously of course.
