Crock Pot Roast Shredded Carne Asada Fiesta!

Happy hour is upon on us, but I apologize that you guys won't make this go around.  However, if one chooses to venture off to the Southwest borders there might be some luck. And Man O' Man the salivating of mouth watering heavenly Enchantedladas, Jalapeno Pinto Beans Fried Rice that didn't miss her, and some cheesy flats won't be there!  Please, don't leave out the shredded chicken you say?  Ooook...the chicon is flooded with Modelo and Wild Turkey Cilantro Mashed Refried Legumes ...Holy Latino Bateman is about right!  Peace be with all as we are ONE!...C.G.M
