Judy's McCosky Fire Flat Iron Beef Steak Bacon Tostadas...

Good evening or late night for most!  Blow these ingredients up and go purchase whatever else at the local market. This dish is dedicated for Judy McCosky.  She said please post an easy recipe for closer friends to possibly duplicate.  So this treat is for you, my friend! Check out the list: I am not a measurer so bare with me:  Evenly shake, or sprinkle chili powder, brown sugar, ground cumin, minced garlic, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, Michelob Ultra; light beer is good, so not to overtake the meat, Worcestershire sauce, black/cayenne red pepper flakes, Gochu Jang chili paste, red onions, minced garlic, tajin seasoning all in the bowl. The favorite star of the crew is, of course, BACON!  Then let the newlyweds marinate their differences for 2 hours in the fridge. Basically soaking up all the loveliness.  Grill over hi heat for that crusty style.  I would suggest 6.5 min on each side =13 min total. Does the Flank resemble the pixel shown below?  No...well this is a trick for adding your bacon wrap. Once each side is done, remove the now seasoned bacon and layer evenly on aluminum foil.  Whereas, allowing a platform so that the Flank can be covered. Then put back on grill until bacon morphs and crisps up.  Take your yellow corn tortillas, slap in egg wash, unbleached flour, and deep fry...Use any green shred. Being unique, I chose thinly sliced celery/carrots and mild mixed cheese toppings as edible garnishes.  I also made refried beans using taco seasoning, hot salsa, white cheese, half/half milk, red taco Verde sauce, don't forget some Tekillya Gold!  As a not so traditional method, my fried Spanish rice was created by wheat wild rice, chunky salsa and the droppings of all the juicy remix...fry with Extra O, plate, eat, sleep!
