Zatarain's Golden Potato Sassy Stew kabobs...



When this all started, I could not have imagined the blustery kabob forecast that blew aboard our kitchen shores.   Shara, the caring queen did the prep-work, every so reluctantly I might say, LMAO.  But she fought through the storm graciously with gratitude.  As these dressed up babies marinated in some Zesty Zatarain's marinade, red wine vinegar, bourbon, scattered with garlic/herb mix, tajin, and sprinkled cracked black+red pepper, we almost starved waiting. Then before Pete mastered the brush fire, I married the couples with a jalapeno butter/Extra O and Ms. Dirty Sue topped them off!  At the last min, I was like Oooh shit what happen to sides!  Well, the light bulb flashed a quick thought of conjuring up some cloned vanilla cinnamon baked beans...Can we raise the roof for family friendly love!🙋
