Puerto Rican Maple Spiced Hammy and Balsamic Cheddar Crostinis...



Helloooo and what a wonderful day AZ has to offer this AM!  Tis the time for a seriously hooked up my hammy...Glazed in a pool of herbs, spices, apple cider vinegar, red wine, fish/Worcestershire's sauces.  Then, I glued some brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, Puerto Rican Rum, Gochu chili paste, red flakes and salted butter all over her tastiness. Kicking aside her majesty is some balsamic, extra O, sharp mild cheddar crostinis.  Just slice, make a sandwich, or some fluffy eggs with pancakes. Otherwise, simply serve atop these delectable little crunchy crostinis.  And remember, "We All Are One, Albeit Our Differences"...C.G.M
