Happy Cinco Tequila Day; did you wake up on the egg side of the bed or maybe the black-bean dirty rice side? Well, they both go well together...as a matter of fact, invite this remixed cultural dish to your table. Just a tad bit of Italian/Oregano herbs, paprika, and parm, The ground beef was fried in bacon fat/tequila...then that was transferred to my black-bean whiskey gravy! Make sure that the sticky rice is buttered with a few dashes of sea salt, followed by some black pepper love. Mr. Egg speaks for himself but, also fry him in bacon fat. At last, marry the beans/rice...guess what, by searing in more bacon fat. Top with a pinch of garlic salt, parm...spruce up with some green onions and a lime. "May We All Be Reborn At The Table." Welcome to the abyss of boldness and classic makeovers. Gallop aside my visions of marrying mixed-cultural EATZ and rock those abandoned taste buds with a "#WhoopThereItIs!!!"...As an at risk younging the lion shares of my existence, the curious rollercoaster of an orphaned mindset never escaped my traveled palate. So take a gander at some of these remixes... #MyFreshStlyes...C.G.M

Naked Fried Chicken & Pinto Bean Bacon Tostadas
Welcome to the month of May...Whereas, love and fertility take center stage. The spring blossoms and the sunshine is brighter. Within in these times of stress, we must "Eat." Paste your eyes on this new tostada remix. Let's get right to it...Fry up a couple of yellow corn tortillas in bacon oil, drain out the juices from the pinto beans; so that the sauce is not overbearing. Then dice or blend that fresh salsa for your needs. The chicken was marinated in beer, hot sauce, butter, captain morgan, dashed with garlic salt, black/red pepper, Italian herbs and red wine vinegar. Sear the chicken in peanut oil & bacon fat, rendered from the bacon that was completed earlier. Dress them all in a shredded mixed cheese frenzy. Tell me you love me later.

Steel Reserved Tatoe Meat Bean Sopa
Helloooo...March madness! The cold hasn't 'left the building' yet. But, how about an impressionable "soup for the soul." Mr. Pinto and Mrs. Kidney beans are the actual favorites listed. Followed by some vinegar, curry gold potatoes; red flake peppered lean ground beef and adjacent to some garlic, EVOO, buttered thin sliced white onions. Soak your bean buddies for about 30 min to retain firmness. Sear the tatoes and meat separately; almost, until there is a crust formed on the bottom. Add the beans, some sour cream, curry, garlic/parsley, black pepper, bold steak sauce, a stick of salted butter, Louisiana hot and soy sauce. My last secret would suggest complimenting them in the water with a cup of fresh salsa, rewarded by a cup of steel reserve. At last, pour in enough water to cover everything. That is pretty much it folks...after a medium boil, simmer on low for an hour. "Enjoy The Food We All Love And Reap The Benefits Of Togetherness." C.G.M

Blaxican Spicy Angus Bean Sopa
Good 'Moon Day', to us it is Monday...But, that will not stop you from working hard. The chills are in many places of the cold world and I believe some soup love can help heal those wounds. If you have gratefully followed my recent meat meals/soup dishes...Then use beer, butter, vinegar, evoo and hot sauce as a marinating agent. Maybe for about 2hrs, allowing Mr. Angus beef to absorbed all the flavor, thus becoming tender. The sear will take place on a hot cast iron, just slap some unsalted butter and listen for the crying. The beans should 've had to soak to save a whopping 20min, but less than 1hr 1/2. Force the kidney/pinto beans to make friends with the Angus steak...fresh garlic, minced yellow/red onions, green chiles, red wine vinegar, cayenne/black pepper, curry and chili powder. Simmer on low for another hour. Woooo, it will have ones taste buds pondering when does the next boat arrive. "Make It A Great Food Day" C.G.M

Maruchan Noodle Skrimp Scampi
Good afternoon Phoenicians! "I wish for all of your dreams to come within the blessings." With that said, I bestow upon your palates the easiest dish ever. The secret is to use ramen noodles...they are very light. But, you will have to cook the noodles with the ingredients combined. After boiling, allow rest, so that they absorb the love. I let stand for almost 15min plus the swelling will add plenty more puff. The sauce was saturated with butter, milk, parmesan, lemon, paprika, vodka, Tony's seasoning, vinegar, and herbs. Be good to one another!

GoldFish Mac & Smoked Sausage Baked Beans
Welcome to the love or hate month...But you won't hate this creative homebaked, blessed by the hands of the food angels type of grub. First and foremost, I would like to give a shoutout to all mac & cheese, bbq sausage baked bean enthusiast or those who "get down with the get down" on that backyard bbq. So, check it; steam fat elbow noodles with butter, vinegar, and olive oil in a compatible pot size. Then once they began to have that look of fullness add these cheeses: 4 styles of Mexican, sharp cheddar, Velveeta & a mozzarella peel stick...cut up this one as it will melt faster and more evenly. I am sure you guys got the basics of Mr. Mac, so I shall jump to the final stage. Season your best like, but use goldfish crackers for the breading it will change the game. The baked beans are soaked in a tidbit of Lousiana hot sauce, cajun seasoning, paprika, parsley, garlic, green onion, salt, pepper, maple brown sugar, cinnamon, Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce and you might have guessed it, bacon. However, my friends Lambs Navy Rum Baked Bean & Hillshire Smoked Sausage, laced with his crispy baby rays skin...tried stealing the show.

Parmesan Crusted Salmon SuperBowl BreakFeast
Happy SuperBowl Sunday Brunch! How about kick-starting the day with some seriousness of life's special food gifts...because later the body will hate itself. Power packed eggs, tatoes, cakes and that great omega of salmon. The only creative change is to add some honey, rum, cinnamon to your flapjack mix...the tatoes are soaked in vinegar/butter a few shakes of garlic, a hint of herbs, with a ketchup hot sauced twist. The salmon has a parmesan crust...Huh, I know right, lol. Lastly, dress all the love with black pepper and some 'Philadelphia Eagles' green onions...not really, but #GoEagles. Then take it all in...Have a bless day!

Hey, hey, hey...'wake up and smell the soup!' The flu bug has taken over the skies, our bodies, minds, and our spirits. However, it will not vanquish the 'Soul'...This elixir will heal what ails the bones and set you on the road to truth. Try searing some lean ground beef, long grain sticky rice, grilled steak, thick peppered bacon, garlic cloves, onions all in one pot. Then dump your measure of heat; using red cayenne, red pepper flakes, black ground pepper, Louisiana hot sauce, gochu sauce, chicharones pork rinds and lastly 1 blended ghost pepper. Chili Bean Turkey Sopa
The rain is pounding, the lighting is spreading fear and behold the power of thunder threatening the lands. But, we will not bend to the heavens...just yet. At least not until you have had this heavenly soup for more than the soul. Just throw all the leftover juices, fancy broths into one big boy pot. Then, use the remaining turkey meat, bones wanted. Steam some rainbow noodles in beer, butter, a touch of honey, vinager, fresh garlic cloves and some earthly herbs of choice. I used Italian seasoning and 3 Elquapo bay leaves. Hopefully, the onion, celery was part of your turkey creation. However, if not, they are stars of the soup...gettem' in. This absolute change of taste-innovation will sneak-up on the palate, especially after adding some drained chili beans! Should take about 2 hours of simmering. Then bring the family to the table, cuz "Baby It's Cold Outside" come heat up.
