Killer Nut Brown-Spiced BBQ Meats & Southern Dirty Sue Creamy Scalloped Tatoes

As the night crawled over into the morning and the house was calm. The fish doing what they do, cats being pussies, dogs snoring, the lazy teen dreaming and my beautiful not so oldies sleeping peacefully. I said to myself, self-go to flippN' sleep, but because of my new found food friends supporting me I wanted to leave yall with a weekend beast meal. This will be my last post...today, lol!  Now this ain't no surprise dish, just a whole bunch of plain old BBQ happiness, Louisiana Red Peper Sausage, some Dirty Sue White Gravy Scalloped Tatoes, Vanilla Nut Brown Ale with Honey Brown Sugar Cinnamon, and some Cummin heat joined the party for the fruition of this BBQ sauce.  Happy killing the grill this weekend!!!!
